Tapp Solutions Mail Agent

A private tool, run by Tapp Solutions Inc. for its own email.

Tapp Solutions Mail Agent reads the email that arrives in mailboxes owned by Tapp Solutions Inc. and its principal, Mike Tapp, and helps sort it. It looks each sender up in a small table of rules, works out what kind of message it is, and then does one of a short list of things: notes it in a log, flags it for attention, writes a draft reply for a person to review, or files it in a folder.

It runs on a computer that belongs to Tapp Solutions Inc. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and is not available for anyone else's mailbox.

What it connects to

The tool connects to Google's Gmail service so it can read messages in a Tapp Solutions mailbox, add labels to them, and save draft replies. It does not send email on its own.
